    Aching Joints

    The quick and short.

First cycle, end of 3rd week on Test Cyp 500mg/wk, D-Bol 50mg/ed, Nolva 25mg/ed
    15+ yrs lifting.

My elbows are aching like a muthafuka. Not right at the joint, but a bit above on the inside of the arm.

I thought maybe ligaments....but I have been lifting heavy for years.

My lifts have not increased too much as in weights gone up.

They ache after pretty much all exercise involving arms - bi's, back and chest esp.

    Any suggestions?

Someone reco'd Deca , but I'd prefer not to add another compound. Technically I'm breaking the single aas first cycle rule already.

    Thanks!

Did the Nolvadex cut your bloat?

Haven't noticed the bloat to much, so possibly. I was more concerned with gyno, nips got sensitive after day 1.

I have had this issue prior to aas, many years ago when I was pushing heavy weight. It is not a side effect. It could be a result of the effects of aas, but I was wondering if anyone has experienced similar symptoms and if they had any luck with remedying it.
