    HGH/IGF-1/Slin Young?

Hey guys, been reading on here for a few weeks, but just made an account about five minutes ago. Good to be a member. Onto the post,

I know I shouldn't be messing with steroids at my age (20), but I was wondering about the various growth hormones and insulin that there is. Are those appropriate at a younger age? I'm not sure if I have a natural surplus of them because I'm young, or if I can damage long-term production by taking them now.

I would like to give myself the best edge possible, and the idea of IGF-1's hyperplasia seems like something best started sooner, rather than later.

    edit, pls read the rules
    And, before anyone asks, STATS:
    Age 20
    Weight 215
    BF% ~15 on a cut to 7-9 ish currently
    Height 6 2-3
    Years lifting: 2 in August

I'm eager to learn whatever you guys have to teach me. Knowledge is the key to growth. Once you have intensity in the gym, the next step is to know everything you can and utilize it. I'm here for you guys to help me become all I can be, as safely as possible. Sorry for the long post, just want to keep things clear concerning such serious matters.

    Thanks!

No, nothing besides proper dieting and training is what you need. Young people think Pro-Hormones, growth promoters, designer crap is going to help them succeed. If you want 9% bodyfat that is going to be one hell of a diet commitment. Abs are made in the kitchen, not through a needle or from lifting a barbell. In addition, we don't discuss prices whatsoever on this board. The only supplements you need are the following:

    - Whey Protein
    - Creatine (Arguably not needed)
    - Multivitamin
    - Vit C

Optional supplements ONCE dedication to dieting has been shown:

    - ZMA
    - BCAA's
    - Glutamine
    - Vitamin B12 (injectable)

Might've missed one or two - almost bed time.

Everything else in my opinion that is non-AAS that isn't listed above (stimulants, fat burners, ProHormones, thermogenics, dieuretics, etc) are a waste of money. Diet is the pinnacle to successful bodybuilding. Without it, regardless of what you take will be wasted adn you will be right back where you started in a matter of months.

IMO I would hold off on the HGH until around. Absolutely do not mess with insulin unless you really know what you are doing it can kill you if you don't. Its really not a big deal if you know how to run it properly but if you don't its bad news. IGF1 Lr3 IMO is worthless except around contest time. The true IGF-1 is very good but your not going to find it anymore and its extremely fragile. Also when you do start running supps. and Slin have enough sense to spend chump change on a blood pressure machine and glucose meter. It plain stupid to spend the type of money people spend on supps. but won't invest in a BP machine and glucose meter (assuming your running slin).

Been using what you listed in addition to Fish Oil and Vitamin E for my skin. Helps a bit.

My diet is fairly strict, and I'm not looking for injectables for fat loss, I was thinking of using them for a clean bulking phase. Thanks for letting me know about the prices, wasn't sure.

Also, is it equally safe to use at my age as it is to use at, say, 30? The hormones, that is. For future knowledge more than immediate use. I just want to know everything lol.

Just read sdmlsu1's post (what kinda name is that? lol). Posted while I was typing.

For sure know insulin is a big risk, but also have read that slin without HGH is likely to add up the fatty pounds a bit quick, so I wouldn't be using slin until I felt I was ready for both. Definitely know the precautions surrounding slin, and would want to do at least another 10 hours or so of research before I took the risk. Would want no uncertainty at all with anything I inject into myself, especially slin.

Also, what do you have against LR3 except around contest time, and why?

They preach the 25yr old rule here. Whatever you choose to do just keep it simple Test C/E 500mg/wk for 12 wks. followed by a solid PCT. Read up in the PCT section about it. I never come off so I don't do PCT but its pretty straight forward on a simple cycle like I mentioned. I would not run anything without at least 2yrs of balls to the wall lifting under your belt with a solid diet, I had 3 under mine. Your the only one who can be honest with your self if you have really been lifting hard core or not with a solid diet.

For sure about being honest with myself about it. I feel I'm not ready yet, but would like to be well prepared with knowledge when the time comes.

And I know the 25 yr old rule is pretty frequent for AAS here, but is there any merit to the title substances at a lower age safely and effectively? I feel like AAS is probably better after a few more years, but I'm just curious because I couldn't find any info on using growth hormones without AAS or using hormones younger than 25.

Slin without HGH will not make you fat if you no how to run it. At the end of the day Test-HGH-Slin is the best cycle all the other stuff is like side dishes. LR3 IMO is more of a prep/post compound rather than a true muscle builder in my experience. One question for you what do you consider is a lean bulk with regard to diet? Lean bulk is one of the most over used crap terms IMO, so what is your belief of it and diet?

Cool about slin not making you fat, had read several times that it will.

I haven't run the exact numbers in a while, but it would be ABOUT .5g fat per lb, 1.5-2g protein per lb, and the rest filled with carbs up to 500 over what I believe my maintenance to be, and then adjusted according to how things are going on the scale and in the mirror. Foods would be primarily whey, chicken, tuna, etc, etc, you know all the protein sources we get, as well as brown and white rice, sweet and normal potatos, wheat pasta, etc, again, you know. Fats would likely come from nuts and avocados. Meals would be primarily pro/carb or pro/fat, but not entirely so.

Granted, the above could be broscience and I might be able to eat my macros in whatever types of foods I want, but I just feel better on mostly "clean" food. Trying to decide how often to "cheat" the diet, because I like to every now and then, but I have about 6 weeks to decide my bulk diet.

And agreed it's a very sketchy term lol. Hope that was what you were looking for.

Slin will definitely make you fat even with HGH if you don't know how to run it. I'm not going to go into great detail just wanted to see your looking at the foods you mentioned except you left out BEEF, london broil is a good lean meat and is very reasonable on price. It takes a lot of trial and error but before you start cycling try to find your maint. calories (where you aren't gaining or losing significant amounts of weight). You can use an estimate when it comes to macros that is more advanced fine tuning down the line. Their are other oils that are more important but thats also more advanced. Try to keep things as consistent as possible for now.

Your educating yourself in the wrong area, your wasting time and effort when it should be researching foods/diets what will build muscle tissue. Diet is the key with your stats not AAS/SLIN/HGH IGF-1.

Head over to the diet section and post your diet and let us all re-design it to suit your needs, you have plenty of time to research hormones...
