When to take Clomid and Nolvadex???

Hey guys when is the best time to take clomid 50mgs a day and nolva 20mgs a day for my PCT? all at once in the morning? before bed?? Need help.

I took my pills in the morning as part of my morning routine and had a successful recovery post cycle. I focused on being consistent in the consumption. I assumed that a morning dose would metabolize better in my body over the day rather than while I am sleeping.

It really doesn't matter what time you take em some prefer morning other before bed. As long as you take em daily you will be fine.

I take Clomid before bed to minimize side effects and I take my Nolva in the morning but I also think it doesn't really matter since both have a long half life....
