Having a hard time putting on weight.

Currently on a tren a test e cycle. all is well. I'm leaning out and I was gaining solid mass. I've seem to come to a plateau of sorts. I grew very fast for about 10 pounds while really shredding some fat. Now it seems like nothing. I've upped my protein and clean calorie intake a bit hoping that will help.

One thing for me being on cycle, ofcourse I'm getting some great workouts, but seems like my recovery is through the roof. Not having so much of the next day pain leaves me feeling like I didnt work hard enough.
Am I not working hard enough or not feeding the beast enough?

you'll have some water retention at the beginning. list your macro's and current weight. A diet wouldn;t hurt either.

    daily diet varies a little
    usually something like this
    5am
    shake
    7am
    6 egg whites two yokes
    cup of oats
    9am
couple handfulls of nuts n berrys
    10am
    shake
    12pm
6-8oz chicken or streak along with rice
    2:30pm pre workout
    chicken and rice
    5pm post workout
    shake
    6pm earliest time to eat
chicken steak or eggs for protein and rice or oats for carbs.
along with a 6-8oz of fruit veggie juice.
    then a prebed shake.
I know my diet has little to no consistency. I wouldnt mind some diet suggestions. even a fully layed out one for me. This is the closest Ive ever come to any sort of strict diet.

I take one tea spoon of lemon juice, first thing in the morning, and vitamin b12 injectable once a week, help open appetite. That's help you improved your diet, and get some weight.

I know my diet has little to no consistency.then neither will gains I wouldnt mind some diet suggestions. even a fully layed out one for meeffort starts with you. This is the closest Ive ever come to any sort of strict diet. gotta start somewhere.
Sure you dont want to here that you have no biz on gear if you have not much of a clue on food. Your BF is to high for weight so you will have to eat very clean or you'll get fatter. IMO start with 350-370 grams of pro. Mostly Fish, liquid egg whites, chicken, and some steak. 200 grams of carbs, mostly oats or brown rice. I eat more oats. 125 fats. Peanut butter, healthy oils. You can adjust carbs and fat on how your body starts to respond. keep studying your diet and get a list of foods that you know what your getting from them.
