Need Some Opinions On This Cycle Please

Hello,

I have a question about doing my first cycle.

First of all I am 31 years old and weight about 190lbs, not sure of body fat. Maybe 10-15%

I would like to get to around 210-220 lbs with muscle.

I workout about 3-4 times a week depending on my work schedule.

I been checking out a few different forums about first cycles and starting with test e seems pretty popular in a lot of posts.

So I am asking the people here if test e only cycle would be a good first cycle considering my numbers.

Here is an example of the cycle I came up with.

Week 1-10 Test E (250-300mg. per week)
Week 1-10 Proviron (25mg. per day)
Week 3-11 HCG (500 a week)
Week 12-14 Nolvadex (40mg. per day)
Week 14-16 Nolvadex (20mg. per day)

The lower is the BF, the better are the results and less sides. I diet will be need, and you need to master your diet before cycling. My want to increase your dose of test up to 500mg/week, and I believe you want to say clomid on week 14 to 16.

I like Test P personally.. id rather take the needles than the sides and delay of gains...

prolly wwant to stay above 300mg test week, its about 2x the amount of normal test so enough to build muscle w/o doing too much. be sure to inject 2x week.
WHy do u want/need proviron?
HCG is 500iu 2x week until pct
hcg 1000iu 1st day pct
nolva is good 40/40/20/20

Well, that is all assuming that ur diet is good, workouts r good, etccc..

I think he meant he's cutting the dose of Nolva in half for weeks 14 - 16. I agree with 38jumper38 on increasing the dosage to 500mg per week of test. I don't see any need for the provision here in my opinion. As long as you eat clean and big you should have no problem hitting your goal on this cycle. However, head to the diet section to learn more about proper diet to insure you can keep your gains when you come off. Good luck!

i like nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50, but thats just me

test e takes longer to "kick in"... so you should extend that cycle to 12 weeks imho. otherwise, go with prop at 50ed or 100eod... you'll be good to go right away, make gains quicker, and be able to do a shorter cycle with the same gains and less sides, 8 weeks. know that the pct start times are different for the diff types of test. so look those up. prop is the next day or 2 days, something like that. enth is a lot longer.
