help with my cycle

Im about to start my next cycle of test ethinate and just wondering what a good stack, cycle and PCT would be?

Age: 26
Weight: 75kg
height: 180cm

Ive read over alot of the important info on here but im Still realy new to this so any help would be apreciated.

You'll learn way more if you study out what you think you should take and then submit it for review vs just asking what you should take

I havent had my BF% done but it would be around 16%, I never ended up going ahead with this cycle because i figured i needed to sort my diet out alot more. I have been lifting for over 3 years now but just dont seem to be able to drop any more BF or make any resonable gains? Dont flame me please :P im just after advice

good move, BF% is related to diet and cardio, post your diet lets take a look.

you need a good diet and cardio plan the test e only will be a good first cyle and pct is all written out for you in the pct section of the board. but without diet in check youll get tripped up and bf should be lower as well to prevent more fat gain and worse sides
