Hypoglycemia and appetite

I apologize for the spelling if it's wrong... But anyways.
What is a good appetite stimulant . My doc knows I'm hypo all she says is eat before you see white. What a joke! I tremor every morning and not from coffee. This condition affects my appetite , training and gains. I would like your input....
So far all I can conclude is something acidic helps only slighty. I wish the medical community would take hypoglycemia serious cause when you couple this with high metabolism is a f ing nightmare on someone who strives to maintain or gain. Thanks so much in advance!
