    Ok well i will just give you my facts
    Male 6'7 258 15% BF
    Workouts consist of 2 Leg days a week which are squats front squats step ups walking lunges abs and shoulders mixed in.
    2 Upper Body a week which are bench incline dumbbells flys pull up chin ups bent over rows core bi's and tri's are mixed in the routine
    2 times a week i am doing dryland either stairs quickfeet or a hill workout
    4-5 times a week i am doing cardio all 45 mins.

    wondering how many calories i will need to take in. i eat 4-5 meals a day with 3 protein shakes
    i am looking to really cut up since that has been my problem for a while i do eat decent but there is always room for improvement.
    What are your recommended doses for var i was thinking 40mg for 2 weeks then to 60mg for 4 weeks then back down to 40mg for a week then 20 for a week.
    Would appreciate some good feed back i am just here to learn and be smart about my cycle i am already quite strong just really looking to cut up.

    Also wondering if it is ok to still have a pre work out drink while on var.
