hey guys just wondering what do u use as a guideline to knw whn to up ur dose of ur AI ur using .eg arimedx aromaisn thx

I would say sides would be the determining factor.

so wht would b 1st sign guys?water retention?? and do u think .25 ed is good to keep sides @ bay or should i strt @ .25 eod to strt and see how it goes.thx guys
