d-bol, test prop, nolvadex anything else?
Hi guys, i'm new at this.
my stats are:
age:24
height:5,7
weight:167lbs (76kg)
training years: on and off for 6 years. (been training and dieting serious for 12 months)
My intention/goal is to put on (22lbs) 10kg of muscle buy doing a couple of cycles and then just trying to maintain what i have naturally. I have gained 22lbs in 2 years through natural training. But i just want a bit of quick bulk up so i don't have to wait another two years.. life's too short to be small haha
I have recently purchased test prop, danabol ds and nolvadex .
do I also need to get clomid or armidex to help kick start my natural testosterone when comming off these?
Also if anyone can recommend details and dosages on stacking this that would help me heaps.
also should I get clenbuterol ?

ok here is my short story. My BMI is 25.4 (slightly overweight) but i am not concerned as i can see the top part of my abs.
I got my hands on some dbol tablets so i have been taking them for 15 days now ( 3 x 10 mg a day). I noticed some results already so i thought I might as well buy some more stuff. I have taken Test prob about 4 years ago (when i was 20yr) and have no problem with injections. I now have coming in the mail in about 2 weeks 50ml of test prop 500 tablets of danabol DS and a shitload of Nolvadex .
So i was planning on taking the dbol for another couple of weeks till my other stuff arrives. so my cycle would look like this. btw i talk in ml not mgs cos i dont understand mgs for injections?
week 1-4: 30 mgs dbol
week 4-6: take 1 ml of test prop every 3 days and 20mgs of nolvadex every day
week 7-9: take 2ml of test prop every 3 days and 20mgs of nolvadex every day
week 10: take 20 mgs of nolvadex
Now I realise i will cop some heavy critism for this, but as i said i am a newbie and the more advice the better for. should i include clomid in here?
I have no idea how many calories I consume, I am still planning on working it out (any books,websites you suggest?)
my diet looks like this:
6am 1 bowl of oats with skim milk and 1 tub yogurt
8am 20g whey protien shake
9.30am- 1 wholemeal roll with 30g tuna or chicken
11.30am- 20g whey protein shake
12.30pm- 200g lean chicken + 1 cup mixed vegies
2.00pm- 1 handful of almonds
3.45pm- 1 can of tuna + 1 apple
4.10pm (preworkout)- 30g maltodextrin with 15g whey and 1 scoop of creatine
4.30pm- weights + 10-20min low intensity cardio
6.20pm (post workout)- 40g maltodextrin with 15g whey
7.00pm- 200g lean chicken + 1 cup vegies
9.00pm- 20g whey protein shake
9.30pm bed
any critisms is welcome cos the more info the better for me

1 ml does not really tell us anything if we do not know how many mg per ml. Also I believe most will tell you no need to up the dosage for wk 7-9. Generally Prop is taken every day or every other day due to its short half life. Does anyone else have a thought on once every 3 days?
