i was thinking week 8 the deca should just be kicking in pretty hard by then, that was my experiance anyways, good luck on the comp.
also consider adding d-bol weeks 8-12 this way you'llbe covered all the way through

i just ran those deca test doses and week 9 i peaked in strength. so i would say time it for week 8, 9, or 10. also i agree don't jump start with dbol rather run it the weeks leading up to the meet. allot of power liters i know prefer npp, trends a, and prop (short estrs)in the weeks leading up to the meet.
