im real my LBM is 191 My weight is 250 i got injured in nov so i put on some fat i was 226lbs 9.5% body fat im not sure if i should change up my sups
is this a cycle you're running and how long you been on it? what is your diet and training like? post all that with little more details!
10 weeks on test cyp just added EQ 3 weeks ago. i train mon-fri i train heavy 8- 10 reps 3-4 sets chest mon back tues shoulders wen legs thurs and arms fri with half hour cardio each day my dies sucks right now i was keto up until nov. of last year. im not sure what diet i should of to get my LBM up over 210 lbs at 9% body fat
Um,I know Im new but you wonder why you haven't lost weight and then in your last post you say your diet sucks?
Head to the "Diet Section" and post your current diet. And be honest about it or they won't be able to help you.

You answered your own question, bad diet but also you are probably replacing some fat with bloat and cant tell the difference since you are using 750mg of test cyp. and 600mg of EQ a week and diet sucks.
Bro aas inst a diet aid.You need to learn how to eat.Then you can lose your weight.Like the man said hit the diet section.Get off that cycle.Do a pct or you risk getting fatter.
