First Cycle---TEST E---Basic First Timers Cycle

im going to be starting my first cycle in the coming weeks

Stats/Things you should know

-23 years old
-210lbs
-6'3
-working out for 2 years
-had Unilateral (One Sided) Gyno surgey in the winter



So, im open to opinions but as it stands ill be doing

Week 1-10
-500mg/wk Test-E(250mg mon + thurs)

Week 12-16
Nolvadex at 40/40/20/20
Clomid at 50/50/50/50

should i get ahold of some Letro & Arimidex just incase gyno returns?
i had mild acne when i was younger, started taking bp and been clear ever since...should i expect it to return?

what about HCG ??

Your not too young bro, good luck on the cycle. Good 1st time cycle, youll love it. Do hcg if you have it. I would buy adex and letro just in case. Especially letro since you say your prone to gyno.

I prefer aromasin or liquidex over adex. 12.5 mgs eoday.

So with one gyno nip gone...... they look the same now? Your other nip might flare up and might have to be removed.

liquidex and arimidex are the same thing. and 12.5mg of arimidex?! not unless u have a death wish. 0.5/0.25 mg ED depending on how you feel. every1 is different as far as anti-estrogen goes.

u coudl go 12 weeks on test and i know most people will say 1 compound only for first cycle, u could throw in some dbols week 1-4/5 ED though or test prop EOD week 1-4.

^ only realised u may have ment 12.5 mg aromasin . 12.5mg aromasin is good. 25 mg is u have really bad sides.

aromasin is similar to arimidex in the its an estrogen aromatisation inhibitor. it stops estrogen in a similar way as arimidex does.
