    Looking to get shreded

    Hello, sir/ma'am thanks for taking time to read! Soo I thinking of taking something but I'm not sure what best to help me. I want to have that hard shredded look I'm not sure what my bf is but I would like to be in the single digits any advice is appreciated thanks
