Thread: Looking for a cutting cycle to run after my current bulking cycle

    Looking for a cutting cycle to run after my current bulking cycle

    I still got about 3 months to go on my current cycle (deca /test/Eq). My goal is mass so i expect to have gained a fair amount of fat by the end of this cycle.

    But before i come to the end of my cycle. I want to be well informed on what cutting cycle to run so i could successfully get shreded when the time comes.
    So my questions are:

    1. How soon after pct can i run a cutting cycle?

    2. What gears to run that would give me good results?

    I got the diet part all figured out...as well as the cardio. I just need to know how the cycle would be.

    I know i will probably loose some of my muscle along the way. But is there something that i could take or a cycle that i can run that would help preserve the muscle and just burn the fat? Ive tried clen before and i hear t3 is good. But i was wondering if there is a specific "stack" or a cycle that is designed for cuttin. Perhaps even a cycle that would build a little muscle while burning the fat.

    Yeah i figured. Run a search before posting the question but i couldnt come up with something concrete

    Your diet will really help along with burning that fat but what about test/Deca /Tren Anavar . Test Deca masteron Anavar ?. Time on = time off IMO

    Does anyone need any info before suggesting a cycle? Like cycle history or diet plan? ...or is it not necessary?

    Stats:

    Age: 29
    Weight: 234lb
    Height: 6'6
    Bf: %18

    Diet:
    5000 cals
    6 meals
    %35 protein / %45 carbs / %20 fat

    source of protein:
    boiled skinless chicken breasts

    Tuna in brine

    egg whites

    low fat milk

    Top sirloin (about 2 times a week)

    Source of carbs (complex):

    Brown rice

    oatmeal

    Whole wheat bread

    Yams (rarely)

    Source of carbs (simple):

    lettuce

    peas

    *eat alot of tomatoes and onions too, ALOT. But thats about it when it comes to vegetables. Tomatoes, onions, yams, peas and lettuce

    Source of fats:

    Extra virgin olive oil

    Flaxseeds

    Almonds

    Reduced fat peanut butter

    And thats all i eat. I sometimes cook the above in different ways. But the ingredients are ALWAYS the same. I never eat out. I always pre cook my meals and carry them around in my back pack. Insane, i know but ive always been very careful about what i eat. Now its a habit i cant break no matter what
    For i detailed look at my diet, check out my first post a while back. Its very detailed but extremely easy to read. All color cordinated n'all.

    supplements:

    Casine protein

    %100 whey protein

    Multi vitamin

    Fiber

    Omega 3

    ZMA

    1st cycle:

    Week 1-4: dbolED (Sorry cant remember the dose)
    Week 1-12: Test [email protected] EW

    *PCT was clomid and Nolva

    Current cycle:
    Week 1-2: Anadrol @50mg ED

    Week 3-4: [email protected] ED

    Week 1-12: Deca @500mg EW

    Week 1-15: Test [email protected] EW

    Week 1-16: [email protected] EW

    4 days after last pin of test c, I will run HCG @ 1000 IU ED for 10 days then start PCT

    PCT:
Week 17-21 Nolvadex 20/20/20/10/10
Week 17-21 Clomid 50/50/50/25/25

    Currently 1 month in my cycle. Gained 19lb so far. Of which %2 is fat (or water)

    Have some ****ing patience for ****s sake it's been 1 day. People have lives outside of this forum board. Give it time and you will receive what you will need to hear. Can't stand dudes on here who post one post and expect everyone to answer all of their questions the same day. If you don't have a slightest amount of patience then your better off not coming back until you've solved your little issue.

    Pct is normally 10-14 days after last pin unless short esters are used. HCG should be used on cyle with 500 iu/week. You should also have an AI (arimedex).
    My opinion is 18% bf is too high to cycle. If you are not going to compete, just use diet and cardio. The key is the diet, not the AAS. AAS allows you to reach your potential. IMO cut naturally (unless competing).
