6'2, 32yo, 10%bf, 200lbs, training 12 years, 1 cycle
I want to do a 2nd cycle, but I'm looking to drop bf% and not bulk up. My 1st cycle was test & winny, and the test made me bulk up like crazy. Not looking for that again. I'm wondering if I can take winny with something lighter, like perhaps equipose? Will that prevent shut down?
Oh, and I realize bf% is all about diet - but when I diet I drop far too much muscle mass. Looking to stay where I'm at (or maybe slight gain), but lose the fat.
