    Testosterone and prostate

I heard somewhere that test can enlarge a prostate but can't find anything that supports this. Is there any truth to that?

High estrogen and DHT can cause benign prostate hypertrophy (swelling). So yeah, test (and any other AAS) can certainly aggravate the condition.

Bonaparte, what would be the remedy if this occurs? Nolvadex?

Nope. An AI and a 5a-r inhibitor (like Finasteride or dutasteride) would take care of the estrogen and DHT.

some very recent studies actually show otherwise about DHT, showing no effects of clinical importance whatsoever.

So you are saying that the increase in dht doesn't increase prostate size?
