    Great to be back!!!!

    I had I major injury and was down for the count for a few years, I've been back in the gym for the past year and feeling great. I see some things don't change, there's still a few members that know everything and love flaming others It's also great to see some familiar names still here helping everyone out anyways like I said great to be back

    Welcome back.. Next time doing stay away. Plenty to learn during the times off and the lounge is always good fun. We all can use brushing up on our diets especially during the down times since we tend to let it go when we shouldn't.
