Another Deca Cycle Question
Running deca cycle @ 300mg/week for 10 weeks, any input what dosage of test I should run to increase gains and prevent loss of libido? Also other then getting deca dick without running test what are the other disadvantages?

Its obvious you havent done much research about steroids ..
Based on your stats, not even knowing your age, your still to new for steroids. You can gain much with proper dieting.

What is your age?
How long have you been training?
You really need to sort your diet out before any kind of anabolic support, it would be pointless in even trying because you simply dont have a diet to support any new tissue so you will lose all gains on cycle when you come off.
I would also do alot more research because again its clear you have no idea what your doing and how steroids work.

As of 9, 2008. 5'9", 173lbs, 30 Not sure bf %
Looks like he has grown an inch and lost 10 lbs. so he should be 33 or 34

at least the same mg of test per week as deca . thats minimum though if u just want to stop sides.

posted without reading ur stats, those are terrible stats man! get ur diet and training sorted. first things first! when you about 190lbs+ LBM then u can consider a cycle.

I think most people are waiting to respond until you respond and clear up a few things such as 25mg or 250mg. Either way you doint run deca without test. You also run the test at least 2 weeks longer than deca since it takes deca longer to get out of your body (1/2 life) and you wan to keep the test there to keep things working.
As said, your stats are lacking and you have plenty of room to grow/gain being natural easily if you get your diet inline. Being 5'10" YOU SHOULD REACH 190 NO PROBLEM WITH 12% BF and have much better cycle results..

Age is 32 and dosage would be 300mg per week. I have a diet in place, just some fine tweaking needed.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
6 egg whites w two eggs
Meal 2
250 grams cottage cheese
1 yogurt
6 almonds
1/2 cup oatbran cereal
Meal 3
5 oz yams
5oz chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
Meal 4
1 1/2 cups lettuce
1 med tomato
1/2 red or orange pepper
5 oz chicken breast
meal 5 pwo
1 1/2 scoops of protein blend
1 med banana
meal 6
5 oz chicken breast

I know from personal experience that this is not true at all. You're probably just repeating what everyone else says. Problem is it's false. To the op, yogurt is for kids and middle aged women who think it will help them lose weight. Eat like a bodybuiler. Beef up that breakfast and throw some red meat in your diet. You need to grow homey.

Had fit test today and my stats are 165lbs and 14.1 % bf. Hows my diet look in the previous post?
