1st time using decca in a cycle
Im 6ft 213 9%
This is my fourth cycle, first two were test only
3rd was test and winny and now ive got test and decca,
Just wondering whats a good route since this is my first time staking decca
400mg/week test e 12 weeks
300mg/week decca 10 weeks

And for some extra stats, ive been training for about
6-7 years
As an example il put my meal plan from yesterday
To show ive got my diet in check
Meal 1 protein shake eggs and oats
Meal 2 protein shake granola
Meal 3 grilled tilapia with brown rice
Meal 4 protein shake with dry oats
Meal 5 grilled tilapia or chiken with brown rice veggies and scallops(scallops just something new)
Meal 6 protein shake

your diet comes off as having too much liquid in it try to get that protein in more naturally i.e more fish chicken turkey etc etc and although not always exact , an old rule of thumb with test and deca is a 2:1 ratio like 400 and 200 or 500 and 250 but like i said it's just a general ROT just my .02

Thanx kenton, if im going with 500 of test would that 250mg of decca be enough?
Ive been looking around and alot of people say 300 is the minimum that should be ran

Well, I'd be comfortable reccomending Deca for use in a bulking cycle at up to 600mgs/week for an extended duration (12-16 weeks), or up to 400mgs/week in a cutting cycle (again, for 12-16 weeks), as long as something to combat water retention is present. Whichever purpose you decide to use Deca for, you still need to include Testosterone in your cycle and have some anti-progesteronic drugs on hand (see paragraph above) , just in case.Last edited by markiejw; 06-05-2011 at 08:39 PM. 6ft & 213 lbs and 3 cycles deep means your diet is in dire need of improvement. You need to cut down to 1 shake. Saying "I get enough protein" is not nearly enough. There's still carbs & fats to worry about. Do you think someone who takes 6 protein shakes/day & snicker bars (for cabs/fats) for their diet will look the same as someone who has 1 shake PWO and the rest of his/her diet is whole healthy foods ?
You have been and will continue to waste your money on steroids until you fix your diet. Without an optimal bodybuilding food regime you will never preserve the highest amount of muscle mass gained from cycle. If you had waited and dieted and cycled properly @ 3 cycles you could easily be at the same bodyfat% and 10-20 pounds heavier.
Do not cycle any time soon and get to the diet section because yours desperately needs improvement.

Its hard to eat whole foods when you work 12-15 hours a day guys,
Im sure some of you have been there. Ive been slowly upping my quantities.
And does anyone in here have an answer to the question???
