    advice on cycle and diet

Hi peeps. Im just wanting some advice from people about my cycle and diet. Im wanting to get really shredded, like body fat down around 7-8%. Im just about to start my 3rd cycle and i want to run it for about 16 weeks.

My stats- 5"9, 185 pound, 22 years old im getting my body fat calculated today but i estimate myself to be around 14%.

    My cycle-

    Weeks 1-16 = 400mg test e
    Weeks 1-16 = 400mg tren e
    Weeks 8-16 = 500mg primobolan

    My diet

Breakfast - Protein pancakes (70g prot, 75 grams carbs, 3 grams fat) and a WPI shake (35 grams prote, 1g carbs, 0.5g fat)

Snack- cup of coffee (no sugar)

Lunch- 12 egg white omlette (50 grams prote, 5 grams carbs) and WPI shake(35 grams prote, 1g carbs, 0.5g fat)

Snack- cup of coffee (no sugar)

    Pre workout- In-Cel

Post Workout- 100gram shaved chicken breast (20 grams prote, 1 g carbs, 1 g fat) and WPI shake (35 grams prote, 1g carbs, 0.5g fat)

Dinner- 500grams baked chicken breast ( 150 grams prote, 0 carbs, 18 grams fat) and WPI shake (35 grams prote, 1g carbs, 0.5g fat) as well as multivitman, fish oils, and zinc

Dessert- WPI shake (35 grams prote, 1g carbs, 0.5g fat)

What do you think? Like i said before, my aim is to be super shredded and ive tried to limit my carbs to only breakfast, very limited fat intake and just eat predominately protein. Any suggestions or ideas? I also do 30 mins of cardio at the end of each session (6.5km/hr)

Mate your too young and your probably not going to get any help with aas from people here. 3 cycles and your only 22. That's no good mate. I hope for your sake you haven't dine any permanent damage to yourself.

Your diet needs alot of work. I would go the diet section and post your diet there. A great diet will give u the results you want... Wait till 25 to use aas when your endo system is fully developed...

You shouldn't be cycling anything. You're only 22!

Ive been lifting weights for 6 years and im thinking about entering competitions so thats the reason behind using steroids . My two previous cycles only ran for 6 weeks both times and i visted the doctor to check my blood pressure and the health of my liver. Ill have a look at the diet section for some ideas then.

I think you should re-address your diet in my opinion. 5 shakes and 4 actual meals sounds like you are relying too much on liquids rather than whole foods IMO. Not only that but it's bland and I would kill myself on a shake/chicken/pancake only diet for 16 weeks. I like to advise 2 shakes at the very most in a day, and the rest whole foods with a little more variety than what you have currently to spice things up. 3rd cycle at 22 tells me you started at a very very young age. I would re-post your diet and goals in the nutrition section and let the gurus there fix you up. I would also advise you get proper blood panels done (if you already haven't) to see if you've caused any damage and to ensure everything is within a healthy range. I'm worried since you've started so young that you might have already potentially caused yourself some damage that might be serious and irreversible. Read my blood work write up. It should hopefully take care of any inquiries you might conjure up.

There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different. The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.

I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.

I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

At 22, you run the risk of doing irreversible damage to your health. The risk is REAL. Don't be a statistic, correct your diet and train hard, hold off on the gear.
