    First time user, but with pre-existing pubertal gyno

    I have had mild gyno for as long as I can remember, probly 10 years now. Most of the time it is hardly noticeable however if it were to get any worse then I would probly be forced to have it removed.

    What sort of cycle would be recommended for someone in my situation?

    As a beginner I was thinking 500 mg of Test Propionate per week for 8-10 weeks and then start my PCT. However in my situation perhaps something different would be in order and I should run some sort of anti-e through the whole cycle?

    Im still in the research phase but this is a primary concern to me.

    what are your stats? age,height,weight bf etc
    how long have you been training for?
    what is you diet like?

    Sorry, didnt include many details was more just interested in information relating to gyno, but the more help the better.
    5'9'' 190lbs ~16%. Training on and off for about 5 years. Not overly big except for the wheels as that wasn't my goal, my upper body isn't carrying much mass. I dabbled in powerlifting before switching to OLing for the last 2 years.

    I would like to gain strength primarily.

    I am 22.

    My daily diet is maintenance currently while trying to get in a high amount of protein. In other words pretty relaxed, but thats something I plan to change if I do commit to a cycle. I know Im probly going to take heat for it, I have been much more measured about things in the past. Right now Im just doing research and seeing if I even have access to what I would need, and I dont know what I would need until I do the research.

    Any help? Basically what I want to know is, if it is even possible to do a cycle of anything without worsening existing gyno? I am not actually beginning a cycle anytime soon.

    Do you really want to cause yourself more issue with your hormones when they haven't fully developed yet? IMHO your to young to cycle and you will cause your problems to increase and more than likely add some new ones. You really need to be educated about this and reconsider steroids in another couple of yrs

    There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different.The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.

    I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.

    I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

    Thanks for taking the time to post that. I always thought 18 was a safe age to start or 21 at the latest.

    Take if from me as I suffered with gyno my whole life. Doing a cycle at a younger age is not wise unless you want to give the plastic surgeon a boatload of cash for nothing. If I had known all their is to know about gyno and cycles without pct when I started I would of never done cycles at 21-24 and saved the AAS money for some surgery and then waited it out to start AAS.

    18 is for voting, 21 is for drinking. There is no set number for growing and developing. To many people are a broken record. They stopped getting taller at 16, 17 etc. Height has very little to do with it. We all think that but Ill bet when you are 30 you will realize you have width also up to or past 25. Do you really want to stop the chance of having a little broader shoulders or that strong manly jawline? LOL but really, no you dont stop growing at 18 or 21, no magic numbers.

    You will hear or know people who used at 18, 20, 21 and had no problems, right? wrong. how many guys do you know that go around telling their friends when they cant get their dick up? We get a few every day from people who have ed issues due to things getting messed up. You can bet we only hear from 1% or less of the people who have problems for the same reason; not many like to admit they have problems.

    Stick around. Keep learning and play it safe. you will find at your age you can make GREAT gains if you focus on diet instead of aas. Even with aas diet is 80% of the game.

    If you want to get rid of your gyno the #1 thing you should do is also diet/eat. DONT starve yourself. Learn what, when and how to eat and get your body fat down to 10% for a while. Get shredded. If you still have gyno then it's time to go see a doctor. I also had/have mild childhood gyno. I was a little chubby for a few years. As my body fat is decreasing so is the fat tissue on my chest. The chest is the hardest place for some of us to loose and it's impossible to spot loose fat, it's all or nothing. I plan on getting down to around 10% also by August and I suspect mine will be gone.

    Good luck. Take pictures and monitor your gains. You will be very happy with your natural gains if you focus on diet and training and listen to the guys here.

    First of all do you feel gland or do you feel fat? Because that will make the difference. If it's just fat get your bodyfat down naturally then rethink a cycle. If you feel gland you can try but some people no matter how much PCT/Anti E they take they still get more development to their already standing Gyno. You see all the pro's and guys on her without it but that never means then never got it or never had it removed!

    lovbyts in his post above me makes some very valid points!
