    when to up ur dose of an AIi????

    1st cycle 500 test e a wk .currentyl takin .25 dex eod for estro cntrl .just wondering whn u guys knw its time to up ur dosage .is it bloating or wht is it tht would make u up ur dose.i strted dex from the strt cause i wanna keep water retention dwn and acne as well and also to prevent gyno etc... thyx guys

    water would probably be the first indication of elevated estrogen.

    watch for:
    1- water retention
    2- high bp
    3- itchyness or sensitive nipples
