I usually pin my quads, and glutes once every 6 days but now I'm gonna be pinning everyday and I only have 4 spots. Why couldn't I just wait 4 days in between muscle groups? They never get sore anymore.

because you will still have oil and compound in the site...I only inject in quads but I wait a week before I do so. If the dose isnt high you could get away with it but you might get alot of scar tissue in the area if you jabbing it every day.
