I've taken those supplements in the past and most are a waste. The two in particular that have actually worked for me are aakg and hmb... Ive put on about 4 lbs muscle in a month on them. I know thats not much compared to gear but definitely more than can be attained naturally. I was just thinking maybe it can enhance my cycle a little since AAKG has been proven ( in some trials) to boost NO levels more than just taking arginine alone.
I take creatine for the first 3 weeks and during PCT.
