    1st Cycle: EQ and Sust. Help.

    Late 30's endurance athlete, 8-9%bf. I have a spot on diet and have been training for years but am on the down side, competing against guys nearly half my age. From what I've gathered from here, aside from EPO, Test and EQ are the best compounds for what I am looking for: Leg Muscle w/o bulk, increased RBC and quicker recovery time. I wanna do 300mgs of each, eq and sust. What is the best way to inj the compounds and why? (ie. Taking each once a week or breaking it up?)

    Hey Dude,

    Good work on the 8-9% Body fat thats great effort on your behalf.

    I wouldnt use Sus 250 unless you wanna use it 1ml every 3days minimum due to the release times it will be hard try find some test E much more controllable.
    However I am a fan of sus 250 every 3days or eod but if your looking to run 1ml a week it would be in your best interest to find test e and not sus 250.
    imo only im no expert

    how are your joints? do you have the possibilty to be tested?
    its all about how you train, if you do heavy weights ull gain more mass, u run more ull cut up more. the AAS just improves ur gains

    Test prop is best for base IMO. ED shots, least water retention, can feel it kick in
    this by itself for a first cycle.
    i would never use sust for a cycle. Maybe test e, but doubtful...

    NPP is good for joints, help fluidity and it increases myocytes so u have more cells, which improves endurance cuz of better oxygen usage and such. others use it for the increase in size cuz w/ more cells u can grow more.
    but i wouldnt do that on a first cycle.

    EQ does increase RBC, but so does test. i havent heard any 'this is awesome' arguements w/ EQ, alot of what i hear is that its kinda a waste, but ur endurance so may be different there...

    I hear a lot of neg stuff about both sust and eq. I would rather run something other than sus myself, but for now that's what I've got. So I'm trying to figure out how to make the best out of what I have.

    I would do 250-300mg test e and 400mg eq per week broken up into 2 shots.

    test usually comes in 250mg per ml/cc so shoot 1/2 cc every 3.5 days. Eq usually comes in 200mg per ml/cc so shoot 1cc of that every 3.5 days.

    Yep. I've got liquidex. .5mgs EOD.

    Is it okay to do a little more eq than test or should they be equal?

    get some nolva and clomid to take after your cycle to bring your natural test back. If you go in the pct forum you will see examples

    Absolutely. Already have nolva and clomid for about 18 days after last inj.

    Thanks, gator. Did you see my question about t to eq ratio? Can I take a little less T than eq or should they be equal?
