Late 30's endurance athlete, 8-9%bf. I have a spot on diet and have been training for years but am on the down side, competing against guys nearly half my age. From what I've gathered from here, aside from EPO, Test and EQ are the best compounds for what I am looking for: Leg Muscle w/o bulk, increased RBC and quicker recovery time. I wanna do 300mgs of each, eq and sust. What is the best way to inj the compounds and why? (ie. Taking each once a week or breaking it up?)
