    Weight loss on gear

    Currently cutting from about 260 down to ???... sitting at 230 right now. I lost close to 4 lbs this week at 4000 calories, and I'm concerned that my muscle tissue has been melted away with the fat. I know that you can safely lose 2 lbs of fat per week with little muscle loss.

    my question is:

    Does the same 2 lbs/week fat loss hold true when on gear? can you lose more fat without losing muscle?

    12-13bf%
    18 inch arms
    35 inch waist
    48 inch chest
    28 inch thighs

    14, HAHAHAH. nah. those are good stats.
    certain compounds that have a high A/A ratio are good for keeping mass while cutting, like tren. it will keep you anabolic while on calorie restricted diet

    At 4000 calories, and 230, I am curious to what training/cardio your doing to lose weight?

    This is my second cycle, first was 500 mg sust / week. I'm 24, but I do not see how that is relevant to the question. Anywho, I have a very high metabolism and my usual caloric intake before diet was 5500- 6000 cal per day. I do zero cardio, but very intense training incorporating many strip sets and super sets. I have always had trouble putting on weight, so shredding it is a breeze!

    Can anyone help me out here?

    Go to the Diet section on the forum and post your detailed diet.

    I am very curious to see how someone can possibly loose 4 lbs a week at 4000 cals without dieting and/or any cardio.

    Was water weight. Sitting at about 218 right now, 11%bf. Still got about 10 lbs until shredded I reckon.

    post pics. 35in waist is kinda big if your really 11%bf
