    Creatine while on test/winny cycle

Is taking creatine while on a test/winny cycle counterproductive? My goal is to be lean and cut.

just to give u an idea of how steroids themselves effect your creatine levels, consider this

pre cycle, while i was taking creatine, my levels were a 113
mid cycle, no creatine supplementation at all, my levels were 128

Good info. Deff like to save it for post cycle recovery. I start it the last month I'm on and run it well past my PCT.

I was a person who use to save creatine for pct and not run it on cycle, for a few reasons...did not like the bloat, thought why take more supplements even with how cheap it is. But i have come to the conclusion that it is beneficial to take during cycle. I was against this until i started working with a few coaches and they told me i was crazy for not doing so. I do notice a difference being on at the moment and i am using less gear then my last cycle 300mg of test c thats it. I think if you are a heavy guy holding onto more bf% then you may want to pass (even though you prob should not be cycling anyways) just because of the water retention and blood pressure it may make.
