    Because if you had done much research/searching you would know 90%+ of the stuff out there is fake so not many are going with it right now. If you do more research you may find alternative methods to do the same.

    As for your spare tire change your diet, more cardio and dont expect it to go away much faster than it took you to gain it. Now go run around the block a few times.

    Ok, that actually made me laugh...

    I haven't done much cardio recently although 'no' mTter how much I do I think I'm always gonna have a pocket of fat by my belly button due to losing weight which is why I was thinking of using the above...

    If I cud get real 177-191 wud u recommend?

    It depends on your age. It's another one of those things that useless or anti beneficial if you are to young. Typically for HGH it's 35 and above then run 4iu -6iu a day for 6 months or more to see good results.
