    What does everyone rub on the injection site?

    What does everyone keep on hand to make sure the pain of an oil based injection, is less sore and painful after t he injection...Anyone ever try msm cream? that works well for sore joints and rebuilding connective tissue

    alcohol. If you are talking about the injection itself the pain isn't that bad. Now if you are talking about pain that comes with the shot (i.e. sust.) then mix it with another oil based AAS

    I meant if its sore 12 hours later or the next day....besides the alcohol.....

    If the issue is post injection soreness here are a couple of things that may work for you.

    Run the syringe under hot water for a few seconds to heat the oil up a bit.

    Massage the injection site after injection.

    Mix it with another AAS with a lower ba content or with injectable b-12.

    i find that if i slowly insert the needle, dribble some oil out of the top of the pin so it eases insertion..

    Massage works, but there is always a bit of soreness, it gets less and less for me each cycle.

    my calves dont even get sore any more. delts either which is nice hehe
