Test only cycle: help advice

So after everyone's suggestions it seems like most people think it would be best for me to do a test only cycle. I need help fixing it up, here's what I've got so far, can you guys critique it so I do this right?

Sust 250: 500 mgs/week 10 weeks

I need advice on how much and if I should do an AI as well as HCG .

PCT:
clomid 40/40/20/20 (by week)
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Possibly HCG at very beginning???

I'm 23, 6'2'' 189 and have done 2 cycles before this.



Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.

ur stats are weak for ur history

clomid is 100/100/50/50

hcg at 250iu 2x week then first day of pct 1000iu

sust sucks for a cycle, i would never use it

use aromasin for ur AI if u need it

There's only a little bit of Test Prop in sus250. You should think about running sus250 for 12 weeks.

Ok appreciate the heads up. By the way, if sust sucks for a cycle, what do you think I should take for a test only cycle then?
