Fat man in a little coat

Hi everyone, Im 30 years old, 238 pounds; mostly fat.
I'm starting my new diet and workout plan on tuesday.
I have test cyp and winstrol.
Is that a good stack to build some muscle and lose some weight?
Im very serious about this new lifestyle change that im about to make.
Any advice helps.

hi, to be forward and honest with you steroids are not what you need right now. You need to start in the diet section and workout section.....as you learn about those two things you will start to see amazing results.
