Should I take Winstrol now or later??

My bodyfat is at 24% my buddy keeps telling me I should be leaner before I take my 8 week cycle of winstrol..Just wondering if anyone has advice before I do this..He's claiming I will waste it...But other sources say that now is the time..If anyone has advice please help..

I agree with your boy, at 24% BF you will be able to shed a lot of fat without any muscle lose naturally, wait until you hit around 15% BF to worry about starting gear for cutting.

I agree with your buddy too. You obviously can lose a lot of weight without Winny just by diet and cardio. Once you get to a reasonable BF% then use AAS.
