Im in my final year of doing a sports development degree and alot of the doctors in sports science ect say that there isnt enough evidence to suggest short or longterm damage although the people at holland and barrets insist on giving you a run down on how to cycle it.

"At the 19th Annual Southwest American College of Sports Medicine Meeting, two long term creatine studies were presented from the Exercise & Sport Nutrition Lab at the University of Memphis*. Both studies showed that 9 months of creatine supplementation (taking an average of 5 grams per day) in athletes had no negative effects on markers of renal function or muscle and liver enzymes in comparison to athletes not taking creatine."

on the container it says how to cycle it by week 1: loading(20g/day), week 2-5: Maintenance (10g/day) week 6-8: (no creatine) I tried this out in the past when I was younger but dont know if it was form the creatine or lack of proper training and eating that caused me to get sick, anyways i still have the the creatine and was thinking of giving it another shot, but I was thikign of skipping the loading stage and just taking 10g/day for 5 weeks.

I have found it impacts renal function (kidney's) more so than anything else, thats why I now cycle it.

Loading is BS just take 5g's a day

No need to cycle off unless you want to or have your kidneys under stress from other compounds imo

Past expiry it's potency would be effected is my guess, i've been using some CEE that's been out of date for a year. meh

Edit: Holy shit! I didn't know Keanu Reeves post here *excited*

Ya I will see how the 5g/day works out for me, and it doesnt say an expire date on it anywhere that I can see its just from around 3 years ago, I think its still good to go.
