are u doing once or twice weekly?
if twice u can do one glute one day and the other the other day
or once a week switch between your glutes, twice is optimal to keep blood levels stable

I wouldn't worrie too much about rotating sites while running Test E since you will only be pinning about 2 times weekly. The injection site rotation should be more of a concern for someone running Test P since one would be pinning ideally, ED. I would say rotate ED using ....glutes (right & left), quads (right & left), shoulders (right & left).

I am running test prop. Is there a reason besides the soreness to rotate? I thought it was just a comfort issue.

I am rotating glute/glute/delt/delt. If I lose track and pin the same spot 2 days running, how much will that effect my results? If I just switched to only delts how bad would that be? I pin ed.

Pinning differnt areas with time between also cuts down on scar tissue. Even if you pin the same area twice it want bother the cycle or receptor sites as long as you dont do it all the time.
