Wiping estrogen completely while on a cut.

I know estrogen shouldn't be completely killed while bulking because it can hurt gains, but how is it for cutting results?

estrogen promotes fat gain, thus it is bad to have while on a cut.

if i take 0.5 to 1mg Letrozole ED (wiping estrogen out completely), how will it affect my cutting?

Currently on a test/tren cycle. I naturally have puffy nipples and HUGE water retention no diuretic can seem to get me rid of. looks like i have high levels of natural estrogen :(

diet is 2500 cals 400-150-40 split over 6 meals with no carbs after postworkout nutrition

You don't ever want to reduce estrogen below normal levels. It will mess up your mood, energy, libido, joints, lipids, strength, and interfere with anabolism.

That would be a really retarded move.

Why not just use some L-dex?

I hate my "normal" puffy nipples. i can fit 3 quarters on one nipple and still see the pink. Its not even gyno i feel no hard lump there's just soft fat and water deposits underneath. I dont care about the impacts on libido or energy i can cope with it. Won't total estrogen supression make me dry and get me rid of those stubborn fat deposits in my nipples?

I want to use letro because i dont think arimidex will make my normally high estrogen go down to normal man levels. Its just gonna prevent the estro from furthermore increasing while on cycle...

What have you been taking thus far during the cycle to prevent this problem from getting worse?

Why don't you get blood work so that we can attempt to diagnose the issue, rather than just **** your body up over nipple vanity?

Nothing, i just started 5 days ago. Stuff hasn't kicked in yet.

Huh? Why would knowing your estrogen levels be useless?

I like adex as an AI. It works great. .5 ed was too much for me. .25 was perfect.

I pushed my estrogen too low ****ing around w/ the dosage of liquid stane from A-AR (great stuff) and it was not fun. I felt like SHIT! Couldn't work out. Had to go home from work early. Really drove home the point that ESTROGEN is not a bad thing. HIGH estrogen is. You don't want to wipe out all your estro, bro. Trust me.

ONLY time I would say no estrogen is ok is just before a contest. If your not preping for a show then I would say it's not worth progress on your nipples.

Your immune system will take a big hit without enough estrogen also. If you get really sick then whats the point if you can't workout.

I got the impression hes particularly sensitive to estro sides and looking for something effective to help (rather than eliminating 100% estrogen).

You should try some Aromasin Bro, Its my fav and worth the extra $, I find it to be as or more effective than l-dex but with less side effects... Dont use letro.
