3rd Time using!

Im 25yrs old and I have been training sence i was in high school on and off vary serious in the last year and a half tho.. I am 5'8 15%body fat and 195lbs..I have Ran twice before need advice on a 3rd cycle I got decent gains out of the first 2 but not like I thought I would...I just want some advice on some good stacs to run or if I am good to up the dosage on certin things.. pry going to start in September so a good bulking stack perferibally..thank you!!

1st time
Test Enanthate-500mg a week 12weeks
Tren enanthate-500mg a week 12weeks
D-bol-50mg ed first 6weeks

2nd time
Test Enanthate-500mg a week 12weeks
Tren enanthate-500mg a week 12weeks
D-bol-50mg ed first 6weeks
winie- 250mg eod 6weeks

wow, those are some pretty heavy cycles for your first 2 man.

for bulking, testosterone + deca for 12-14 weeks is what i would recommend. you could throw in dbol if you wanted, but it is much more about your diet. eating more will do much more than taking more steroids will do

If you didnt get great gains of those cycles you are doing something terribly wrong.

Dont get me wrong I got good gains...And my diet is good I have a buddy that compets do my diet for me and all my buddys tell me I look good guess its all just in my head cuz i dont see it as much as i thought i would... was just looking for some good advice on a good bulking cycle thank you for the advice vullfromsc...
