Hi Guys! i havent been here for a while so i need a refresher course. I havent been playing with AAS for a while but have been using a PH for my cycles. I just found 3 bottles of sus and 1 bottle of test C. how should i use the leftovers i have if i want to run a 10wk cycle? i never really cycled with sus mostly test. i am not sure which one of the two should be injected first/last. i used to inject 500mg of test a wk 3 days apart. how should i be injecting the SUS? also 1 of the sus bottles i accidently used during a test c cyle. is it still safe to use? experation dates are 2012 so i want to use them before they expire. thanks guys

so i can still run the same 250mg twice a week every 3 days? what about if a bottle has been used once but has been sitting in a cool place for 2yrs would that still be safe to use? thanks bro
