    Time of day?

    when is the best time of day to take your anti-estrogens ?
    does it depend on what your taking ?

    I take mine at the same time every other morning. this way i dont forget and i dont have to worry about it. I also pin at the same time everytime.

    does food play a role is are anti e's better taken on a empty or full stomach ?
