    Bought prami, came in .5mg caps..what should i do?

    I heard you need to ramp it up from .125 mg for 5 days to .25 a few days, then .5 or else you will experience harsh sides if you start with a dose too high


    what should i do? These caps have white powder in them, if i cut them open and eat half of the powder, would that be ok?

    again, these are .5mg pills

    Yeah, just start off with a half tab. The only side effect I've ever noticed is nausea at 1mg (and drowsiness, of course).
