I'm 40 and have been training for several years.
I'm 6' 1", 220 and 20% bf.
I want to get to 10% asap, so I will start dieting for real on monday, so I can feast on fathers day.
I have anavar, t3 and clen at hand, but will like to get advice on how to proceed and what real changes I might expect from this.
I will be doing 250 grams of protein in 3 meals and 3 shakes each day. Also will alternate carbs to 150 one day and 100 the next.
Will be consuming about 2,200 calories a day.
I really want to nail it now.
Have wasted a lot of money in gear by not eating right and skiping cardio.
Then I will think of gaining some lean weight, but for now, fat has to go for real.
All help will be greatly apreciated, I really want to get there soon!!!
