hip injection??

who does hip injections? I did one for the first time tonight because im on a kick of trying new places.....I dont know why I havent ever done my hip before. It went in easy....stings a bit right now being a virgin muscle. Makes me wonder why i seldom see it mentioned

yea im like wtf in 10 years ive never done this....ps ive made some changes to the diet and been doing cardio so Ill probably see you at 280 in the next month ortwo here. I think im losing too fast though so I should quit being lazy and get in the diet forum!

Dont lose what you have gained. Post your diet up in there and they will tweak it for you. I have made the mistake of losing too much too fast before. Fat wasnt the only thing i was losing

What pin size did you use and what amount did you inject ?

I use a 25 gauge 1.5 inch. I usually shoot 2 ml.

I have heard the ventroglute can hold between 3 and 5 ml in a single shot

I used a 23g 1" & the shot was about where the palm of your hand rests if put straight down on the side of your leg while standing

I pin the quads. Not sure I can do a turn and aspirate the syringe at the same time in my glutes. That said, glutes or ventro-glutes should be a better place to inject than the quads. (my wife would probably be willing to inject my glutes...but not sure I want her to be sticking me...)

What muscle would that be? You know, since there is no "hip muscle".

that's a great question bonaparte!! sometimes i just look for a fleshy area and inject there! i would say that i injected in the area your trained to stick an epi pin in.

I've never heard nor would I want to inject into my hip, like the above what muscle are you injecting into?
