Glucose tabs may be a little easier to keep on you than OJ

    Use Humalin-R PRE workout.

Have carbs 30 min after your shot, sip on some waxy maize or whatever during your training, then eat when you get home. Simple.

    You heard wrong.

True, it's more advanced to take HumaLOG pre work out, but like I said in another thread this morning, you'd have to be a moron to fvck up Humalin R Pre work out.

So all the hype about going into a coma and dying and becoming diabetic is TRUE however is it over exaggerated?

No, that's true. You just gotta respect it...even if you are experienced with it.

About, oh, three weeks ago my BG dropped to 57 after my usual slin dose, usual carb intake. Everything was the same, but it just snuck up on me.

i've been a diabetic for 25 years. Not saying insulin isnt dangerous. It def can be. But as soon as you go hypo you dont go into a comma and die. I've been hypo and was places i couldnt get anything for a while. It sucks and you feel like shit. I've never passed out from low blood sugar. And my lowest test i've had was 29. I was dizzy as shit and all ****ed up. But i was funtional enough to go to the kitchen and eat

Im a diabetic, i would have rather got cancer. So use at your own risk.

If your going to play with this stuff buy a Blood glucose meter from walgreens and also always carry a dark soda or candy or glucose tabs.

Use the meter so you can learn when your hypo or hyper glycemic.

My advice would to not do it man. Unless your a pro there is no point.

id also stear clear of caffeine while your learning because it can hide the symptoms of low blood sugar.

Usually I get sweaty, feel a body buzz, spaced out, weak and i get this effect in my eyes simular to if you stare into a light bulb and then look away, like a floating oragne or purple cloud.. if that makes sense.
