4th week on tren ace test prop and mast got a question

i been getting alot of weight 20 lbs already i been running it is lean muscle not fat but i have been wondering if im going to see more abs and less fat. i been on a strict diet of fish and still nothing is there a point in which i will see abs or some vasclaurity ?:scratch:

what bf% where you when you started?

i was 9 % bf when i started and bout 9 or 8 now i got tested before i started and i was 9

you should be seeing good results, could just be a little water are you running an ai.
ill assume your training yor abs and have in the past

yeah i run twive a weeek and have lil cardio evryday and work abs once a week

i saw nice reduction in bf and vascularity around he 4th week its been a month since i ended the cycle and still vascular. maybe anytime or in pct youll see what u want.

At 9% bf you should have abs.Unless that test was wrong.

Dude, you gained 20lbs in 4 weeks. Do you honestly think it's all lean muscle? Even with water retention I bet your put some fat on. Reassess your diet, it is the reason you are not on the way to your goals.

There's no way at 8-9% bf that youcant see abs. What did u use to check ur bf? Also 20lbs on that cycle in 4 weeks seems crazy. What are ur dosages?

Sorry I have to agree, if you cant see abs at 8 or 9% you are never going to see them. LOL I'm around 12% and have never had much of abs and I really hardly ever work abs. Mine dont stand out like a wash board but I can see them. If I was 10% (I will be soon) they would stand out nicely. I'm guessing you are 12%+ if you are not seeing abs.

i had 3 test at a local gym electric pulses and i cant see abs i can barely see them in the morning and i been eating clean and i have not gained body fat at all i look the same as bf %

Dude, those machines are grossly inaccurate... even more so than a bad skin calliper test...

Hows the masteron making you feel... good pumps, good sleep etc? Thinking of running it here in a few weeks... trying to get opinions.

Maybe you are holding too much water - 20 lbs up is not a joke.
Try to reduce salt, increase abs workout if you think you have neglected it.
Maybe you will ned AI too.

Certainly need a AI and there is no possible way BF is 9% and no abs showing! lol
