    my first cylce, workout routine and, diet please correct me

    my first cycle

    241pounds

    5.74 feets

    bf: sorry I don't have caliper I think around 20% abs looks dim

    test-e 500/w x 12w

    hcg 500iu/w x 16w

    d-bol 30mg/day x4w

    pct after 14w-18w nolva, clomid, and a-dex

    I have nolva and letro on hand if gyno happens

    my diet

    protein: 400g chiken breast, eggs, low fat beef, and whey

    carbs : 1200g whole brown rice, oatmeal, apple in the morning and, banana after workouts

    fat: 150g eggs yellow, oatmeal fat,beef fat


    cal: over 8000kal

    workouts routine

    1 day: chest, triceps

    2 day: off

    3 day: back, biceps

    4 day: off

    5 day: delt, traps, and abs

    6 day: off

    7 day: legs, and calves

    8 day: off

    only basic execise, heavy weight 5reps~7reps
    only barbell and dumbell except pull down, legpress, and legcurl and standing calves raise

    cardio 30min 5day per week just walk...
    over 8hours sleep..
    suppliment whey, casein,fish oil, coengyme q10, and milkthistle

    if anything wrong

    please correct me

    I would honestly loose some bf before hitting your first cycle. IMO if you would have the discipline to lean out, you probably would not be at 20% rite now. This cycle could very easily back fire and have you look like a balloon by the end. Unless this is the look you are after...

    no fun intended....drop the dr.pepper lol!!!!......j/k lol you need to get your diet more in check and lose a little more BF before i would begin the cycle and you will see better results and probably have less side effects

    wait on the cycle.
    u need to drop ur bf, 20% is way to high...
    im not commenting on the cycle or ur traing and diet cause u should not be using gear yet,,,,get ur diet together, all those off days in ur training schedule should have cardio in there as u need to loose bf...

    8000 calories in a day? Holy sh*t. I have trouble eating 3000 calories in a day.

    Regardless of your goals, I'd lean out before cycle (like everyone else has said). 5'7" and 240+ is pretty big. You'll yield better results, plus that 20% bodyfat is a magnet for estrogen.

    For PCT, run just the nolva and clomid. Save the adex and letro for during your cycle.

    I personally wouldn't continue HCG into your PCT. If you run the HCG during cycle and proper PCT, you should rebound well (but not always guaranteed).

    5'7" and 240+ is NOT pretty big, that's FUKEN enormous!! that's like a real bigshow for his height

    thebigshow i don't know about your metabolism, but to me it sounds pretty normal cause your stomach is stretched and you have to keep feeding it to remain this size... on the other hand, mine is 10000x worst than yours, so when i eat my 6 solid meals per day, i actually DON'T gain any weight but more likely drop weight lol im about an inch taller than you and there's like about 90pounds difference. It takes me 3 months straight of hard work to gain 0.5-1KG max on average, and if i catch the flu/cold then i instantly drop 4-5KG per week, i still haven't figure out wtf is wrong with me yet :/

    but yah, hit the cardio really hard for about 2-3 months to drop your bf% down, my friend dropped over 100lbs in about a year. he went from 30-40% down to 14% with his intense cardio.
