    Anavar and Clenbuterol

    186 lbs
    I have no idea what my BF% is. I would guess 10%-15%? But I have no idea.

    I've worked out pretty much daily for 2 and a half years now. I finally have the muscle I want, but I just honestly don't have the drive to work out hard enough to burn what little fat I have left. I want to be cut...My friend got anavar and has been taking 1 pill a day for a couple weeks and has lost 6lbs without even working out. He's taller then me and had less body fat. I bought a stack of Anavar and Clenbuterol. If anybody can tell me how I should take these pills together please let me know. 1 pill of anavar a day and 1 pill of clen a day? or what? Thank you in advance for the replys.

    How old are u?

    Between 10-15% Bf is a big difference which is closer?

    What's your diet like?

    based on what you said, you have no business taking either product. research them some more before you mess urself up. BTW, im currently taking both.

    If you're currently taking them both then tell me how you're doing it. I'm 22 years old. I eat 4-5 meals a day and try to eat a lot of meat, fruit, and veggies. I haven't drank coke in about 2 years. I'm really healthy and i'm ready to do this. I've already researched the stuff I just need to know how I should take them. I have 50mg pills. I ordered them and they should be here sometime this week. I tried to get some help on this site before and all I got was guys like BSchmidt...no help whatsoever.

    My BF% is at 15% according to a BF% calculator I found online.

    This is what I ate today and is what I try to intake everyday
    Fuze Slenderize drink
    Water
    A glass of Sweat Tea
    Lunch: Hamburger patty with pickles, lettuce, onion, tomato, avacado, cheese, ketchup on a humburger bun
    Dinner: another hamburger patty with L, O, T, A, no cheese and no bread and no condiments
    Breakfast: Two eggs and a strip of bacon, with an orange
    my 4th meal was turkey lunch meat without bread or anything on it with an apple

    I eat fish at least 2-3 times a week for dinner...idk what else to say

    You have alot to learn about your diet, head over to the diet section ASAP!

    Agree with Bulkn, If you fix that terrible diet you will lose alot more than your friend naturally, you'd be really suprised. Goodluck.

    Thanks Bulkn...I didn't see that. But trust me...I weighed 213 and now im down to 186. I ate whatever I wanted for 19 years and regretted it. I eat a ton of healthy food now and dropped down to 186. But i'm going to follow the diets that are listed on this website starting tomorrow. Then when I get the pills I ordered i'll be ready to go. I'm truly dedicated to this and can't wait.

    Just for a start (incase you dont go to diet section) Cut out all your fruit, only drink water-ever! even for mixing your protein shakes. Stop with the condiments ie tomato sauce, mayo, pickles etc... Stop eating hamburger patties, replace with chicken breast, eat alot of fish and green veggies. And eat complex carbs ie oats, sweet potato etc, and only for breakfast, Pre WO and pWO. Eat more eggs. You can fine tune and prepare proper diet in diet section.

    Lol...I'm dedicated to getting help with my diet and doing whatever it takes to get to where I want to be. Just like you said cut out hamburger...I thought hamburger was fine, but now I know. I won't be eating it anymore. I had no idea fruits were a no no...thanks for the tips.
