1st cycle gain 22lbs, any advice on second cycle?
hi everyone,
i have finished my first cycle, which is 250mg of TE every week for 10 weeks, and i had gained 10Kg(22lbs), and i am thinking about 2nd cycle,
SOLUTION A:
375mg of TE for 10weeks, kicked started by Dbol 10-20mg starting 4 weeks
SOLUTION B:
375mg of TE for 11weeks,
300mg of EQ for 10 weeks
kicked started by Dbol 10-20mg starting 4 weeks,
any advice on what solutions are optimal for me?
i am 175lbs, bf 10%.

How tall are you? Gaining 22lbs on a test only cycle is pretty impressive. So I'm guessing you were undertrained and underweight before hand?
Either way good job on the gains. What are your full stats, age, height, etc

i was training seriously for 5 years, during which my diet were good: oatmeal,egg, beef, chicken breast.etc.
before cycle started, my weight is a lean 70Kg(154lbs)

What's your diet now? Can u outline it? At 70kg u didn't need steriods you needed a good diet, haven't reached natural Potenial yet...

during the cycle i trained hard and ate hard, here is my meal plans:
7:30: 10 eggs whites and 1 cups of oatmeal
9:30: 300ml semi-skimmed milk, 2 scoops of BSN 6, 2 medium bananas
12:00: 250g of beef, 1 cups brown rice
15:00: 250mg of chicken, 1 small baked potato, 1 medium bananas
17:00: training
18:00: (post workout) 2 scoops of Isolated protein, 600ml of catarode
19:30: 250g of beef, 1 cups of brown rice
22:00: 200g of chicken, 1 cup vegetables
2:00(optional): 2 scoops of bsn 6

why i used steriod is i trained for 8 years and trained seriously and systemly for 5 years, , i can't put on lean mass, when i trained natruaally, the weight i gain is most fats, not lean mass.

during the cycle, my training routine is :
1. Back, biceps
2. delts, triceps
3. off
4. quads, calfs
5. chest, hamstrings
6. off

I hear ya man. I've been skinny my whole life and have struggled to gain lean mass with lifting/eating. I'm 40 now and I'm going to do what I have to do to reach my goals. Everyone who says if you're X height and Y weight just needs to eat should walk a mile in my shoes

Did you do a PCT? Remember, time on = time off. 10 week cycle, pct 2 2 weeks after for 4 weeks = 16 weeks off before the next cycle.
Since you have good results from the first cycle why not do exactly the same thing just change the diet a little. Why not stick to a good thing? It's not like since you did it once it wont work again.

Make sure you use a large 14g needle to aspirate .
Personally I prefer egg protein
