11 days after last shot, down 6 lbs
And i dont give a damn, its to be expected as its the nature of the drug
also ended 30mgs of dbol with 300mgs test
gained aprox 20 lbs
appetite is already going down, libido seems to be down a little, but overall mood is better(suprisingly) than my last couple of weeks on cycle
gonna start clomid/nolva in aprox 8-10 days
ill try my best to maintain my mass, but im more focused on trying to get recovered asap!
i bought some b12, but am not sure on the dosing i should take for it
already started creatine
any tips appreciated

B12 dosed at 1000mcg a day, generally 1ml vials a day
As for losing after a cycle your right it's is going to happen. Preventing it as much as possible. Creatine, up calories, Clen ?, b12. Keep a positive frame of mind keep lifting heavy
And most important have a good PCT

B12 will increase appetite and sped up your metabolism, you can take 1000mcg or 1ml/week, with insulin syringe, via subcutaneous. Pct will be grat to start 2 weeks after your last shot.

I usually don't start losing until the 3rd week off cycle, you are starting PCT 2 weeks after last injection so I am assuming you ran Test E or C right?
I was shooting b12 with a insulin pin but IM... Is it standard to inject it sub q?

Iv read it in a few posts where people use it as part of there PCT. Also just quick reading in the steriod profile says this:
