A good friend of mine would like to speed up his fat loss
One of my life long best friends is overweight. He played high school football and wrestled so he has a good base. I'm trying to help him lose about 100lbs. He's about 6ft, 37yo and was 340 when we started and is now to 329 after about 3 weeks. I've cleaned his diet up and got him doing target heart rate cardio and riding his bike. As with eveyone he wants faster results. Is there anything you guys would recommend for him to use to speed it up? T3 or anything like that. I've already told him he's no where ready to do any sort of AAS.

hello bro' i myself lost a lot of fat.So i know how to lose fat:
1.Dont use t3 without ASS,if he wanna use t3,then 25 mcg ED is a good dose as it will keep his metabolism up while he's dieting
2.Cardio alone is not a good idea,Do strength training atleast 3x a week and choose heavy weights.(He doesn;t wanna show a physique with bones and skin)
3.Hit cardio twice daily, first thing in the morning and after strength training.
4.Post his diet in diet section,so experts can review and keep patience
Thanks

Hes doing strength training also, along with the cardio. I agree with losing it fast. But if he's gonna do something to speed it up Id like to help make the right choice.

imo, makes no sense to use anything at this time....at 320 pounds he should be melting the pounds off
bump though

If he is at that size and he is willing to work out then there should be no problem on him losing the weight. My dad was able to lose 100 pounds just on dietary changes alone with no exercise so it can be done without any products. However he did even out and now has to do some exercise to get farther in his weight loss goal.

i would not usually suggest anything.
however at ur age and size, i think u should see a doc at a wellness clinic or something similar to inquire into HGH.
that will def help with weight loss and give u a much better overall feeling....
just my .02

I'll talk him into just doing it natty then. I think he'll be ok with it. I told him if he lost 100lbs I'd give him a cycle for free! LOL

Look up the hcg diet, simeons protocol. People on here will probably knock it, but I have personal experience with it and it works. It's not the "ball keeping" dose that most steroid users use hcg for (in one shot), it's a much lower daily, but consistent dose of ~175ius. The hcg is combined with a very low calorie diet, but trust me....it works and he won't be hungry. The fat he's burning via the hcg will supplement his carb inadequacies, and he will lose between 1-2 lbs per day. Look it up and get back to me if u have any questions. You'll thank me in 2 months.

very low calorie diet.........from what i understand its 500 calories a day...
how will that translate into any kind of long term loss.....eventually u will want to eat again and gain it back...
im sorry, but i think that diet craze of HCG is garbage.
