Theres no reason you cant take both. I had great resaults doing so. I will say i had better luck with sports one whacked out 100mg ephedria than the eca stacks tho.

personally ec has been disappointing for me lately, might have to hit the clen instead. dont feel anything but jittery from ec, and the jittery where is energy. jus jittery and still kinda lazy lol
EC stack.
When I take clen I just shake but feel tired. When I take EC I feel awake more alert. For preworkout I prefer EC. I'm trying some NO based preworkout drink, Hmmmmm, I think I have to give it more time.
just the caffeine in the ec will make u feel alert, i mean thats what their for
EC, I wouldn't use clen pre wo personally. I tried Albuterol pre wo and started cramping like a mother ****er. EC just makes me energetic
